Dog Folks: Sorry- My previous post about the reply -came out a lot less humorous than I intended. :S
It does seem that once a problem is resolved the Op just moves on. I do try to take statements at face value and not question motives or honesty.
I am also curious at times as to how various complaints are responded to- not just with CW or a dealer but how a follow-up on maintenance or repairs worked out.
