Very true as the rule goes… but all 11 stories have their bias… 10 of them just might be much more bias with a hint of truth than the other one, and that is quite often the case…
The big difference today is the satisfied customer generally don’t bother to tell the world were the unsatisfied customer will via the internet…
This not only cheapens legitimate complaints on the internet, it very much disadvantages a larger company where a few unsatisfied customers can make things seem pretty bad and still be a very low percentage of the overall or total sales…
So I base my opinion of this company on my personal experience, and that has been positive with in store and internet sales and service…
I must add their success or failure isn’t dependent on me… I haven’t bought anything from CW in several years, for no other reason than I have to many things and no need to buy more…
