Hate to say "I told you so" to the manufacturers eliminating most vehicles that get the best MPG ( lite weight compact, sub-compact sedans, wagons and hatchbacks). If gas continues to go up, consumers...

Of course with Gas Prices on the rise... Perhaps auto companies should.
Automakers make what people want.
Nothing has changed on the CAFE front. CAFE standards are still the same. Which is an interesting conundrum, customers down't want fuel efficient customers, govt says you must sell them.
