Yes 240 miles to see a doctor would be a PITN no matter what you drive.
Still might work for others. My doctor is less than 10 miles.
Maybe soon there would be a charging station at the doctor office.
The cold does sap a lot of range. Heat not near as much.
Slow driving in traffic typically increases range.
