Absolutely no foul on "disinterested third parties"...so much technical support is slow, and (right and wrong) focused on what YOU are doing wrong, and then they have to throw in their flowery welcomes and restate your question and troubleshoot all the basics- like "do you have a cell signal with networking, is the battery charged, add in flowery apologies- with some chance you are talking to someone who's "not from around here"...
If you simply want to ask, "Hey, is Gas Buddy acting up for anyone out there or is it just me?", you're probably better off asking here!
