You'd think by now the RV industry would have caught up and have self starting stoves like all the ones in houses now are and must be by law. It would not be that hard to make a sparker that works on 12 volts and a solenoid that shuts the gas off if the stove does not light. After all RV refrigerators and furnaces light themselves.
