gas hook up for big red on Grand Design gas port

Have no idea what a big red is but if the grill is made to use the small one pound bottles that screw on the grills regulator, then the gas port hook up will not work. The supply line on the trailer is only 10” wc pressure which would not pass through the grills regulator. Every grill I’ve seen hooked up to RV supply had no regulator.
