I saw regular near my house for $1.91.9 per gallon. So I am lookin at my summer camping plans . Do you think these prices will last? Why is this happening? Not coplaining mind you. Just wondering ...

True, but it is more economical to refine "sweet" crude. Desulfering is an additional process that costs $$$.
