Now, there is a section of Open Roads Forum called RVing in Canada and Alaska. It's http://forums.woodalls.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/listings/forum/65.cfm. Why the moderators in General RVing hold onto threads about Canada in their section drives me up the wall.
I'd like to suggest that you to over to RVing in Canada and Alaska and start a thread on where you might visit in PEI and Nova Scotia. Include some idea of the things you like to see and do.
