When I have the trailer in tow and that happens, they zoom in and just have to get to the only diesel pump, it really intimidates them. What's even better is when the gas tank caps or on opposite sides of the vehicles and we sit there facing each other. When that happens, especially with the camper in tow, I deliberately pull up in such a way they HAVE to back out. Oh, that really pi$$es them off! But they also get the idea!
I think/hope this is a joke. Obviously A$$hole behavior if it was true. We don't have those here :)
