This is a probably problem with the design of the def tank on your rig. Not the pumps fault. My brothers F-350 has no problem filling the def tank at the full speed of the pump at any station he has been to so far.
Same with all of our farm tractors. It does not take long to fill the tank. (For the farm tractors we have our own def tank on the farm so this may be different then the station pumps)
