Are you talking about contract gate guards at sites like oil fields?
or contract gate attendants at COE lakes/ campgrounds?
The oil field positions have dried up in a lot of the country. Gasoline prices need to get back above $2.50 per gallon for those positions to become wide available again.
COE positions are up for competitive bid yearly. Talking to a COE district office is the place to start.
