GCT Carbon Fiber RV

This should be interesting to watch. It's a 35' travel trailer with a claimed base weight of 6,000 lbs. It has a carbon-fiber monocoque chassis and body that are bonded. It will be pricey, with an expected range of $170,000 to $700,000.

    If that is the expected price, you are never going to see it. RV's are already overpriced. If you are going to spend that kind of money get some real estate with it.

    Technically it will be interesting to follow it's progress, but practically who would pay $170k-$700k for a trailer( why the big price swing?). I guess one advantage is that you save on buying a big diesel truck and can use an SUV to tow.
