Generator at Costco

Hmmmm .... that genny is pretty loud and pretty heavy. It might be excellent for boondocking, though, where you could set it out in the sagebrush well away from you rig and any other boondockers. Otherwise, a VERY REASONABLE price for it.

I don't understand how the diesel generators in some Class A motorhomes can be so quiet they can hardly be heard, while stand-alone diesel genertors have to be so loud??

Its big, powerful, heavy, loud and relatively cheap. I couldn't use it, but if you can deal with it, it might be a viable option.
