A little more information would be helpful:
You said it was a 2017 model RV. Did you purchase the unit new?
Has anyone else operated this RV?
How many hours on the generator?
What was the level of oil on the dipstick the last time you checked it?
Depending on your answers to my questions, I may possibly be able to determine whether or not you are fault or the dealer is at fault.
If you are at fault, you will need to purchase a new generator if the engine is in fact seized up.
If the dealer did not properly fill the oil crankcase and the engine is seized up, just maybe you have grounds to get a replacement generator from the dealer.
