I looked at the 3000 but for the remote start to work you have to leave the key in and turned on. Killed it for me.
I have the Honda twins. Perfect for us. I bought the 2000 several years ago and just a couple weeks ago bought the Companion and the harness as we are having one heck of a heat wave.
The last two camping trips we ran the AC from about 3 pm to 7 pm. It was wonderful. I thought about the extended run gas kit but now I don't need it knowing I can get at least 4 hours on full throttle.
Then in the morning I only start one of them for my toaster!!
And I only take one when I take my TC as it has no AC so just for battery charging.
