Yep. This is a resolution but there is a grass roots push by the public for clean air initiatives. I would be surprised if there isn't something more concrete in place within the next couple years do automotive manufacturers can react accordingly. Most manufacturers are already going down the electric vehicle road as no one wants to be left building the slowest, clunkiest and most obsolete gas burners on the road. There will be a market for gassers for a while yet but most who have spent some time behind the wheel of a good quality electric vehicle is a convert and would never go back to gas. The love that Germans have for cars is what will kill the ICE car.
