With a Trailer and a shell over the bed of your truck, you are pretty limited to scooters or bicycles. But if you really want to get attention, maybe you could invest in on of these:
It's not a scooter and its not a golf cart, so there's probably no campground rules anywhere about using them!
Plenty of rules state "no unlicensed vehicles." That would cover it.
A Seaway, by definition, is a vehicle.
Merriam-Webster: Vehicle: a machine that is used to carry people or goods from one place to another.
You are right about bicycles. I suppose one could exclude them by placing the word "powered" before "vehicles"
