Those people are dangerous. They let their 10 year old grandchildren chauffeur them around, and they're also dangerous.
Only thing I can say is that storage fees are a good source of income for the member owned campground.
Ours is the same way except everyone stores golf carts on their own lots. I wish they would establish a minimum age requirement for driving the golf carts.
