Auto car washing liquids will not take the wax off, but they won't remove black streaks. It's a Catch 22. If it's forumlated to remove grease, like the above stuff, it will strip the wax.

My RV didn't have any severe black streaks, but it had a few. My dealer told me to use Mineral Sprints on the streaks and to wipe off the excess right after.
This worked for me.
