Depends on location. Sure there are RV parks that are $25-$50/nt but not where I want to go. I don't pick my vacation spot based on cheap RV sites. I decide where I want to go for vacation, then find a place to stay. In the areas of CA I enjoy visiting a nice RV park can easily be $80-$100 or more. As for hotels, I never ever pay rack rate. It's too easy to find a nice hotel for close to 1/2 rack rate or less of you know how.
