For example, I don’t think it is feasible for us to get a pollution sticker. Not that I know of anyway.
I'm not sure about the special pollution areas but you are allowed to drive your US licensed vehicle...the only catch is your US insurance likely doesn't cover you in Europe and European insurance carriers will typically want a European address.
Not insurmountable by any means just a bit of a hassle finding someone who knows what to do.
