I use to say.....
"I can do anything that I did when I was 20"
That changed to
"I can still do what I did when I was 20...but it takes me longer to heal"
Then I said
"It hurts just thinking about what I did at 20"
Now ....
"Everything I did at 20 has caught up with me and I'm paying for it now"
"What in God's name was I thinking? It's a miracle I survived"
