I'm wondering what is the tip off to a scam as well.

Looks like you'll want to change the carpet what w/ all the throw rugs and the close up pic of the fridge but given the age and flooring material that's to be expected.

I wouldn't care if it was a dealer or private owner as long as the price made my pockets happy.
