getting some waggle

Our set up prior to our upgrade was a 4777 lb. trailer towed with an '03 Avalanche. It towed it very nicely. New rig and truck is '14 Silverado CC short box w/towpackage. I get a little waggle in the rear end when towing now with the new set up. I have plenty of power to pull but I am wondering if its the tires, Goodyear Wranglers at 35psi, or is it the weight distribution? I am at 2 links on the bars now, do I need another one? Or is it tongue weight issue? Trailer is about 6k lbs. I am well within the trucks numbers so..........?? any suggestions will be considered. and yes, I have weighed it.
  • Different trucks, different setup required. Make sure your trailer is level or slightly nose down. It sounds like it is time to e-examine your setup.
  • What's the max PSI on the tires? If it's 44 psi, air those tires up!!! If it's 35 psi, you need new tires!

Tell me about the hitch and sway control.

    Thanks!

    Jeremiah
