Getting the yellow out

Acetone works fine, just be careful with it.

The latest Family Handyman magazine has a report from one of the Editors about Krylon's Super Maxx that is supposed to cover anything including metal, plastic, wood and plastic laminate without sanding. The Editor says it is a `game changer'. It supposedly is available at the Home Centers and, of course, Amazon for $10 to $12 per can in various colors.

Several options that sound good.
I will look into them.

When painting plastic red scotchbrite pads and pick your poison of adhesion promoter are your friends!

Every RV I have ever owned this has happened including refrigerator outside panel and any thing plastic including the rear view mirrors. I found that a light sanding with 00 wet or dry emery cloth and a coat Krylon "Infusion", fixed it for all time. Sure improved the looks. Give it at least two coats, you do not have to wait long for the first coat to set up.
