Brirene, it is an Equal-I-zer. I have printed out the manual and it doesn't seem terribly complicated and I am sure I can do it on my own and frankly I just don't trust dealers with that type of work if I can do it myself. I just didn't want to have to mess with it in the middle of their parking lot. I would be in a bind rounding up the larger sockets/wrenches I need and finding someone to torque the ball for me.
