The "multiball" may not be. If that is the combination 1 7/8", 2" and 2 5/16" straight shank combo's. Check it's rating. They are normally not very strong.
Most likely your new trailer was towed from the factory to the dealer without WD.
Nobody has further commented on the rating of this "multi-ball" and I would make sure it's rated for the TT you will be towing home.
