Glucose Test - does site matter ?
Have noticed a difference in readings as to whether I use the right hand finger or the left hand finger. Is there a preferred site to take blood for reading?

Any finger will suffice. However, other areas of the body will not. Do not use the arms, etc. unless your meter specifically allows for that. The oxygen content of the blood will be different in the arm, vs. the fingers.
