This sounds suspiciously like a 'which roadside assistance is best' thread. I had major damage (self-inflicted) while covered by GS insurance. Emergency repairs to make me roadworthy again took 1.5 days total (finding the dealer and actual repair time). Final repairs took 1 week and involved removing and rebuilding the rear cap. I kept the RV until all necessary parts were on hand and the repair shop had the time scheduled. FWIW, it was one of GS's authorized service centers so there was no haggling over $$ amounts.
