I have AAA and had a problem they set up a time and place at a repair shop, (camping world) to inspect it and they showed up on time and it was considered a total so sent me the money took the trailer and found a used one for the money I got. Same floor plan but older and better built and a I am a happy camper now. Had a 2008 forestriver ulta lite and now a Terry both 21 ft long.
