We have GMAC insurance also and have had to make 2 claims. The first one was last spring when we had a major electrical storm that took out our micro/conv oven, inverter and front AC. I called and reported the claim that day and the adjuster was here within 2 days. Check was mailed to our RV dealer within 3 days. The second claim was 3 weeks ago when we were camping and a major rain storm came up so fast that we didn't have time to put anything away. The rain fell so hard it ripped our awning and bent the arms. This was on our first day of vacation. I called to report the claim and the insurance adjuster was there the very next morning at the campground. On our way home we stopped by our RV Dealer and he wrote up an estimate. Emailed our adjuster and a check was in the mail the very next day. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
