Going "cheap" - a new "rant" - just wondering "why?"

How about the Retirees who are in route home from spending the last two weeks over at one of the many Indian Casinos in our state and stop by your place of business where you do RV repair and they want their water heater or their generator or their RV whatever repaired and then ***** to the high heavens about your bill and their being on a fixed income. These tight wads are out their by the thousands and the Lord only knows how much they dropped at the casino.
