If I were to build one, it would have a garage door on the rear and one on the front for pulling through. That way no backing in, trying to get it perfectly straight.
I, too, would probably build a pole barn and insulate it. It would have a living room with a TV and plenty of room for 12-15 people, large well-equipped kitchen with a big table and good size bathroom with w/d in it. It is tall enough that there would be enough room for a second story and I would put a bunk room with 4-6 bunks in it for guests and another bathroom upstairs.
That would be it. Everything else is just fluff and I don't really need it. I do like to cook and cook for a crowd. I even do that in the RV when we are traveling. If I have a crowd, we have to have somewhere to let them sit and then, if they need to stay, they can "bunk it".
I love my bed in my RV, so I am perfectly happy sleeping there.
