I do not buy the argument that they should have only been "slapped on the wrist" excuse. Ignorance of the law yada, yada.
I guess we will now start to see signs at the entrances of National Parks politely asking visitors to not put wildlife in vehicles.
Rules and laws have consequences... so does stupidity.
