Actually that tongue weight looks right to me. Once batteries and full propane is added and trailer loaded...Correctly...and it is up to YOU to load the trailer correctly. That tongue weight will certainly come to 10-13%.
It doesn't matter HOW MUCH storage is behind the axles what matters is HOW YOU utilize it.
Everyone should understand that your trailer must be loaded evenly side to side with the lightest items above the "belt line", the heaviest nearest the floor and the weight biased toward the front.
Weigh everything you put in the trailer as you walk it out the door and load it with some thought and care and your trailer will be just fine.
