Good reminder!

Leaving the campground this morning to return home, we saw this on the way out. Good reminder for everyone as we're all gearing up for a new camping season! Couldn't resist but to share with everyone here:

'Remove Before Flight' now that's just TOO funny!! :B

You should sell them to RV'ers!

We saw a DP leave one campground right at check out time with the tow bar arms and cables dragging on the ground and the toad still parked at their site. It was about two hours before they came back for it. The wife's jaw never stopped moving the whole time they were hooking up... :R :B

Almost made me choke on my ice tea! :)

Sitting around one Sunday morning watching the masses leave (a past time of mine---almost as much fun as Friday arrivals), I watched a guy scrambling to hook up with the NEVER ENDING interruptions from HER. They finally get in, start to pull out-----BOOM....CRACK....schreeeeeeeech.

One of her MANY "honey????" came when he was putting the draw bar into the receiver. The PIN was still sitting on the bumper. :o

Good thing he did a brake test, it sat right down on the chains. If that had happened at highway speeds :E

Great Sign! More CG's should have one just like it.

Well seasoned RV'er here, and I'd be embarrassed to fess up how many times I still leave that darn antenna up and steps out. A sign like that on the way out would sure be a welcomed reminder. :C

Of course that is what he said!! But....the real story is......
  • I was talking with a friendly camp host in Morro Bay, and he did say that one motorhome pulled out with the wife still in the campground bathroom! Was she surprised to find the RV gone when she got back to the campsite! Her husband thought that she was going to take a nap, and did not look for her in the bedroom after hitching up the car and pulling out!

Many happy endings to your camping trips!
