Got plenty of Propane ?

Many of us should tighten up and better insulate our houses. If we did there would be less fuel used. But, people don't seem to be willing to do that. It's easier to just turn up the thermostat and then complain about the price of fuel. And, there is no incentive to insulate either. Maybe if people were given a tax break to do it they would. But, then someone would complain about the tax break. So, nothing ever gets done and noting ever gets better.
