The rv garage should have a "GarageKeepers Liablity" policy that includes comprehensive and collision coverage for customer vehicles in their "Care, Custody and Control" They will normally file a claim for something like this under their own insurance as a matter of goodwill for their customer. It does not mean they are liable or did anything wrong. If they do not have a policy or decline to file under their own insurance, then you should file a claim under your insurance subject to your deductible. If your insurance company feels they are liable in some manner, they will go after the rv dealer to collect back the amount paid for your claim, including your deductible. When the funds are received, you would be reimbursed your deductible also.
