The rv garage should have a "GarageKeepers Liablity" policy that includes comprehensive and collision coverage for customer vehicles in their "Care, Custody and Control" They will normally file a claim for something like this under their own insurance as a matter of goodwill for their customer. It does not mean they are liable or did anything wrong. If they do not have a policy or decline to file under their own insurance, then you should file a claim under your insurance subject to your deductible. If your insurance company feels they are liable in some manner, they will go after the rv dealer to collect back the amount paid for your claim, including your deductible. When the funds are received, you would be reimbursed your deductible also.
Mostly correct - *except* your insurance won't bother to "go after the RV dealer".
Chump change as far as the (your) insurance company.
Had that happen to a new car in for warranty work - parked on the dealer's fenced (and locked) lot overnight. Ripped out (destroyed) the dash to get the factory stereo, etc.
Even after polite - then hostile "badgering" - it got down to "pound sand" - not the dealer's problem! (IMO - it was an "inside" theft).
Insurance covered the loss - but pro-rated the stereo value.
Asked about the "going after the dealer" part, as far as my insurance was concerned - not worth the effort.
Lesson learned: if you can help it, unless it's parked *inside* - don't leave it overnight..;)
