Do you put a spacer of some type between the corks of the bottles to keep them from sliding into each other and breaking the neck on the bottles?
The rack is in the drawer under the sofa just about mid cabin over the wheels. Been using it for a couple of years (holds 14 bottles) and no issues so far.
As far as 12 bottles for 9 days, when you go to a restaurant for a single meal does the wine list only have one bottle ;)
