If you use the furnace much and if you are capable, perhaps consider installing electric heat to cut down on propane use (providing you go to CGs with power). I have no idea just what "cold" Spring Creek is like or if you travel around, but I can say when we were in Reno a couple of years ago, we ran the AC during the day and electric heat at night and it gets pretty chilly at night there.
I installed 3 permanent recessed heaters totalling 2 KW in a 29' TT (on 30 amps) and we almost never use the furnace now and only go through 1 to 1-1/2 30 lb tanks a season for 50-60 nights of camping (mostly in the PNW where it's much cooler around here too).
