Gov Scott ORDERS motels to accept pets/not charge extra

I can find no source for the statements made concerning the Governor or AG of FL.
There is no law that the Gov could invoke that could force the motels to do that and the AG can not tell the airlines anything about fares that is strictly a federal call.
There were statements issued by Jet Blue and American that they were voluntarily capping all flights at $99 but this was not a government edict.
If there is price gouging then the AG can act on that but that has to proven in court not the media.
