Gov Scott ORDERS motels to accept pets/not charge extra

Gov Scott 'ordered' all motels to accept pets and not to charge extra. and Atty General 'ordered' Airlines to not charge extra fee for pets and makes all one way flights out of dodge for $99.00....

It might depend on the "powers" given to the Gov. by the "State of Emergency" proclamation. This type of proclamation often gives authorities power to act if deemed to be a public safety issue.
