When we were traveling thru AZ, NM, TX, OK and then AR (from CA) we noticed a HUGE LACK of tagging!!! It bothered us every day! Where was it? Why are the freeway walls gorgeous? Are they electrified? Is there a public flogging that occurs when the tagger gets caught? What the heck is going on in those states?

Here near Stockton they are expanding highway 5 and building sound walls. The masons stack blocks. The taggers get them at night. The masons stack a few more feet and the taggers get them the next night.

Altho I did gasp when I saw the pics of that rig....
