How many days is good for the south rim? We will not be doing any big hikes or mule rides, mostly rim trail and biking ect. We are planning on 4 full days first week of may. Is this a lot of days for ...

There is a lot more to Zion than the Virgin River Canyon. Explore the other parts of the Park also. I like the Kanab Plateau.
A lesser known feature in Great Basin is the Lexington Arch. A long 4wd road to get to the trailhead then start a strenuous hike. The road was closed for a few years due to damage from a fire. Don't know if it has reopened.
