Grand Design

We own a Reflection 303, picked it up in January. We have had a few issues, but GD was great to work with and all are resolved without a dealer. We have about 6000 miles on our unit which we tow with 2001 Silverado 3500. We had never owned a FW or any other camper and were very nervous about the purchase, but after 9 months and 8 trips we now believe that we made the correct decision.
As far as the founders of GD goes, they are former Keystone executives.

We just purchased a 27RL this week and pick it up on the 9th.
Looked at quite a few brands and selected this as meeting our needs with extras.
We traded in a 2013 Jayco that had some serious problems. Jayco was fixing under warranty but the problems were so severe that I was concerned that there was no real fix, just a bandaid until the warranty expired.

We are very happy with our Reflection 303. We've spent about 100 nights and 6000 miles.

You can get a lot of insight by reading the posts and asking questions on the Grand Design owners forum. If you ask your question in the manufacturer section you may even get an answer from one of the owners, even though it is an independent forum.

They just had their first rally here at Elkhart Campground in Indana a couple weeks ago. 54 rigs I think. . . pretty big rally for a first one. Beautiful fivers. I went through their models. People I spoke with seemed very happy with their units and the company in general. I didn't see any TT models though. We hadn't heard of the company before but I understand the owners have a prior connection to the industry, similar to other startups in the area.
