Green Dot Money Cards
I use Green Dot Money cards to help my disabled BIL when I'm traveling. Buy and load the card and call him with the numbers. Looks like that is ending? Any other ideas?

You can use PayPal to do the same. Link your bank account to the PayPal account and transfer money to it as you wish. PayPal offers a debit card that you can use to draw money out of the PayPal balance.
