Green Dot Money Cards
I use Green Dot Money cards to help my disabled BIL when I'm traveling. Buy and load the card and call him with the numbers. Looks like that is ending? Any other ideas?

Your bank or credit union should offer pre-paid Visa cards. I have bought them for gifts numerous times. The ones I have bought at Navy Federal Credit Union were re-loadable and any fees were limited and based on things like using at an ATM rather than a transaction elsewhere.
