There's been some talk about us, so thought I'd share. Not to worry - this is just a bit more than what we're used to. We still have power - only went out a couple of times for a couple of minutes....

OP here - I fixed the picture - yesterday when I was posting this the imgur photo hosting wasn't working so I used Google Photos which only works some of the time - not all of the time... Sorry.
sayoung - a whiteout is when it is snowing hard while you're driving and you can't see but 2 feet. Very scary!!!
Gdetrailer - thanks for the good wishes - all of PA is getting some today!
mat60 - you've got it cold - going to be in the negatives for a while!
GordonThree - don't be jealous - this is a bit too much snow and it will be hanging around since there's no warm up in the foreseeable forecast. Any new snow will just add up and we're a little nervous about the barn roof as there is a cracked beam (that's been repaired) where our tow vehicle is stored. Haven't heard of any roofs caving in - but there have been reports of decks collapsing.
1995brave - looks like we just missed you - we moved here 40 years ago from MD. Had no idea what lake effect snow was - never even heard of it. :)
